Arnold Schwarzenegger will get the family house in his divorce settlement with Maria Shriver.

We're told that Arnold Schwarzenegger will keep the family home in Brentwood, CA. Virtually no other details have been worked out, but this first step seems to have taken relatively little effort. Maria Shriver has decided to buy a $10 Million home, roughly three miles from Schwarzeneggers. We're told the couple wants the divorce to be amicable, and that the close proximity will make shared custody easier.
