LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES (9/22/2011) (HOLLYWOODTV) - R&B singer and fashion mogul Beyonce is being sued for $100 million by a video game company that claims she backed out of a contract. As a result, the company called Gate Five had to lay off 70 employees that were hired to work on "Starpower: Beyonce". The case has been allowed to go to trial and the presiding judge has stated his opinion that Beyonce should have given the gaming company more notice before backing out.
