LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES. HOLLYWOODTV - The Paris Hilton and Bruno Mars Prosecutor quit before getting fired. David Schubert, the deputy D.A. in Las Vegas, who prosecuted Paris Hilton and Bruno Mars for cocaine possession resigned after his coke arrest. Sources are saying the D.A.'s office was already in the process of firing David Schubert and they had already locked him out of his office. But David decided to take the high road and quit. According to police reports, David Schubert who is 47-years-old would score coke 3 to 4 times a week at the same time he was prosecuting Paris Hilton and Bruno Mars for cocaine possession.
