LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (7/19/2011) (HOLLYWOODTV) - A woman in Florida has filed an incident report against R&B singer Chris Brown claiming that he stole her cell phone and now an arrest warrant is being issued. According to the police report the woman snapped a picture of Chris Brown while he was in his car. He then ripped the phone out of her hands and said, "Bi*tch, you ain't giving this to no website". Chris Brown is currently on probation for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
