TV stars hit the red carpet at the Critics Choice Television Awards.
BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES - The biggest stars of television hit the red carpet for the Critics Choice Television Awards in Beverly Hills.
Julianne Moore, Lucy Liu, and Kate Walsh were just a handful of the celebs attending the event.
For some, the reason to attend award shows is to hopefully pick up a prize.
But for Cloris Leachman, it's to see old friends, and the free food.
Cloris Leachman, actress, saying
"Seeing people, people I've known, they're nice to see. The food, because as I said I don't go anywhere where they don't feed me."
And actor Kevin Costner had the same idea.
Kevin Costner, actor, saying
"I want to get in out of this sun right here and get a drink."
Julianne Moore, nominated for her portrayal of Sarah Palin in the HBO film "Game Change," says the limitations of her role made her job easier.
Julianne Moore, actress, saying
"Really it was our job to represent who she was during that period of time, during that election. And I was really helped by having certain kind of strict parameters."
The Critics Choice Television award winners are chosen by the Broadcast Television Journalists Association.
