BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIAUNITED STATES (JANUARY 03, 2012) (REUTERS) -  It's going to be a delicious day for Hollywood's A-listers at the 70th annual Golden Globes. The Beverly Hilton Hotel, along with the Hollywood Foreign Press, unveiled the menu on Thursday (January 03), showing the details of the three-course meal that will be served.

Beverly Hilton executive chef Suki Sugiura presented each course. The entree dish will be smoked flat iron beef with grilled sweet pickled pepper and orange Chilean sea bass with caramelized mint fennel kabocha pumpkin, yellow cauliflower, baby bak choy, and dill mashed potatoes.

That will be preceded by an appetizer dish of grilled artichoke with fennel tomato lemon mousse and pepper honey goat cheese on endive pear salad.

Saving the best for last, the dessert includes a cappuccino mousse dome, orange sanguine and chocolate salted caramel.

And all that eating can make a star thirsty - celebrities will be quenching their thirst with Moet 2004 Grand Vintage Brut Champagne.

The 2013 Golden Globes will be handed out on January 13.
