The day's top showbiz news and headlines including Halle Berry is ordered to pay child support, Usher earns his fourth number one album, and Kevin Costner is sued by his neighbor.

REUTERS / RCA  - A judge has reportedly ordered Halle Berry to pay 20,000 dollars a month in child support to her daughter's father, Gabriel Aubry. Online tabloid TMZ reports that a judge handed down the decision on Monday (June 18) - Berry is also battling Aubry for the right to take her daughter and move to Paris with her fiance Olivier Martinez.

Usher has secured his fourth number one album on the Billboard 200 chart as "Looking 4 Myself" debuted atop the list with 128,000 copies sold. The new album was ushered in by its lead single "Climax," which is in its ninth straight week at number one on the R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.

Kevin Costner is facing another legal battle. The actor is being sued by his Santa Barbara, California neighbor, who alleges Costner breached a contract by planting hedges and trees taller than six feet and blocking the man's view of the ocean. The man's seeking half a million dollars in damages if the trees are not taken down.

Finally, Ashton Kutcher's production company is suing California's Department of Motor Vehicles for breach of contract. Kutcher's company inked a deal to shoot a reality show in the DMV, but the department has now opted out. Kutcher's crew say they are owed more than 1.4 million dollars from the busted deal.
