LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (FEB 13, 2011) (HOLLYWOODTV) - Jersey Shore has already had their first fight of the season at the Bamboo Bar in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, where sources report several cast members became involved in the altercation. Reportedly, a couple of bystanders, both male, taunted the cast and security the whole night and apparently got into the close, personal space of Roger and Pauly D's friend, Ryan Labbe. Refusing to leave the bar, the guys hurled threats towards the cast members, and someone attempted to sucker punch Paul D. After that point, a big brawl broke out, and reports on what exactly transpired appear to vary. One non-cast member, Justin Viterito, involved with the fight has already obtained a lawyer and is threatening to sue the cast guys he claims assaulted him -- Roger and Ronnie -- as well as the bar where it happened, the bouncer, Viacom and MTV, who is said to promote this activity for ratings.
