LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA  (HOLLYWOODTV) - Katie Holmes canceled what would have been her first public appearance since filing for divorce from Tom Cruise on June 28th. Katie was scheduled to hit the red carpet at the Dizzy Feet Foundation gala, but reports say Holmes pulled out at the last minute due to security concerns. The Dizzy Feet Foundation promotes dance education across the U.S., and was started three years ago by Nigel Lythgoe, Adam Shankman, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Katie Holmes.
