LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES (HOLLYWOODTV) - Kim Kardashian is in legal hot water, after hair removal product company Radiant pressed charges against Kim in November for her statements about a hair removal product known as TRIA. She's currently asking the court to excuse her from the lawsuit on the grounds that she never lied about the product. Kim said under oath "Being Armenin and hairy, I Thought [TRIA] was the perfect product." Radiant believes the statement has put their product at a disadvantage.
