NEW YORK, NEW YORK, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (JUNE 28, 2011) (HOLLYWOODTV - Kris Humphries is reportedly demanding compensation of some $7 million for the Kim Kardashian wedding spectacle to avoid dragging the matter into court which would almost guarantee an ugly, public trial. Humphries has allegedly communicated the ultimatum secretly through his Minnesota lawyer -- who has apparently not yet succeeded in his settlement efforts. There also remains some speculation whether Humphries would even be entitled to any such claim, as it is reported that he, along with Kardashian, actually profited from the wedding affair.
