Dad wants court appointed conservator and regal for Lindsay Lohan

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA UNITED STATES (HOLLYWOODTV) - Michael Lohan staged a failed intervention over the weekend for his daughter. When Michael showed up at her home Lindsay called the police. Michael claims Lindsay needs to go to rehab and has surrounded herself with the wrong type of people including her mother. He also wants a court appointed conservatorship for Lindsay. The troubled actress is reportedly seeking a restraining order against her father and claims he is a liar who is seeking media attention for himself.
