Lindsay Lohan's attorney Shawn Holley requested a continuance for her client so they are due back in court on March 25th. LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES (MARCH 10, 2011) HOLLYWOODTV - Shawn Holley asked for and was granted a continuance in Lindsay Lohan's grand theft felony case this morning. Lindsay is now due back in court on March 25th for an interim hearing. The judge expressed concern over information being leaked out to the media beyond the public hearings. He also said the only way Lindsay will appear before him again was to plead guilty or no contest. The judge set a preliminary hearing on the theft case for April 22nd and assigned it to another judge who will also be deciding whether Lindsay violated her probation or not. © Copyright Hollywood.TV.
