ariah Carey gives birth to her twins

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES (VARIOUS DATES) HOLLYWOODTV - Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon welcome their baby twins to the world. Mariah Carey's rep Cindi Berger confirmed the the babies were born on Saturday (04/30/11) at 12:07 PM EDT at an undisclosed hospital in Los Angeles, California. Mariah's daughter was born first, weighing five-pounds, three-ounces, and eighteen-inches long. While her son was born soon after at five-pounds, six-ounces, and nineteen-inches. Berger says that Mariah and Nick have not named their children yet. Berger continues to say that Nick drove Mariah in their Rolls Royce Phantom, assuming another false alarm, but realized soon after it was the real deal and it made Nick so nervous that Nick went to the wrong department at the hospital and had to be guided to the maternity ward by a nurse. "It was like right out of an I Love Lucy skit" says Berger. Nick and Mariah were listening to "We Belong Together" after the children were born and the twins were born the same day as Mariah and Nick's anniversary as well.
