LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES (FILE DECEMBER 16, 2010)  HOLLYWOODTV - Authorities reportedly have enough evidence to charge Mel Gibson with domestic violence. The charges will most likely be a misdemeanor not a felony, which could result in a maximum penalty of six months in jail. It does not look like Oksana Grigorieva will be charged with extortion. The official decision on both cases should be made in the coming weeks.
