LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES (FILE VARIOUS) (HOLLYWOODTV - Sources are reporting that Mael Gilbson will appear in court on Friday and accept a plea deal in the criminal case against him for domestic violence. The charges are related to a fight with his former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva. He is expected to plead no contest to simple battery, a lesser charge and will get no jail time.
