Dr. Murray will not stand trial until September

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES (APRIL 7, 2011) HOLLYWOODTV - After months of preliminary hearings Dr. Conrad Murray was suppose to stand trial for the alleged manslaughter of Michael Jackson next week. That is not going to happen because Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor announced that he granted Murray's attonreys' request for a delay until September. The jurors have been released from their commitment and opening statements will not be given until a new jury is selected, beginning September 8th.
