LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (JANUARY 03, 2012) (HOLLYWOODTV) - Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino is facing a lawsuit for a company called 'Performance Brands' who alleges that they paid Sorrentino and his team $75,000 USD up front to begin promoting their products, and shortly after, Sorrentino checked in to rehab and never marketed their products. The also claim that Sorrentino's PR team hid his addiction from them. Sorrentino is counter-suing, claiming that he failed to receive a marketing plan on time, and didn;t receive any free product.
