LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES (3/2/2012) (HOLLYWOODTV - Actress Nicollette Sheridan's (Desperate Housewives) wrongful termination lawsuit against ABC was declared a mistrial due to a hung jury. Nicollette is claiming that she was fired from ABC's Desperate Housewives after she complained about the show's producer, Marc Cherry, slapping her on set. However, she and her legal team are going to demand a retrial.
