Best Supporting Actor nominee Nick Nolte tells Reuters that actor Christopher Plummer will win" Rough Cut

USA-RED CARPET NOLTE  - Nick Nolte nominated for Best Supporting Actor says he thinks Christopher Plummer will take home the Oscar.

Nolte is nominated for his third Academy Award for his role as a recovering alcoholic turned born-again-Christian who helps his son (Tom Hardy) train for a Mixed Martial Arts tournament that eventually pits him up against his other son (Joel Edgarton), in "Warrior." Famously gruff and gravel-voiced, Nolte, 70, was nominated for the Oscar twice before, for his leading roles in 1997s "Affliction," and 1991s "The Prince of Tides," and is well known for his roles in the 1982 buddy cop film "48 Hours" and its 1990 sequel "Another 48 Hours," the 1991 remake of "Cape Fear," and the 1998 World War II film "The Thin Red Line," directed by Terrence Malick, also nominated this year for "The Tree of Life."
