"I was trying to encourage them to promote and actually promote a conscious capitalism, so following the actual SK project, the next project we actually launched was SMS-audio", said 50 Cent during a presentation of the headphones for news media.

SK or "Street King" is the rapper's global initiative with the goal of feeding one billion Africans.

During the presentation 50 Cent also talked about his new film "Freelancers".

"Oh man, I got a new film released recently, is called "Freelancers." It is myself, Robert De Niro and Forest Whitaker, its an exciting project for me, actually the film was produced by my production company Cheetah Vision," said 50 Cent.

The crime drama was released on Aug. 21.

50 Cent talked about his new album and said there is no tension between him and legendary rapper Dr. Dre who started producing his headphones line "Beats by Dr. Dre" in 2006.

"My new album is scheduled to release November 13, I am excited, the single is running up the charts right now. Its myself, Alicia Keys and Dr.Dre, so you understand there is no actual issue with me and Dr.Dre as far as Beats and SMS is concerned."

Born in the South Jamaica section of Queens, New York, Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson first wanted to become a heavyweight boxer, but then turned to music and rapping.

He had his international breakthrough in cooperation with fellow rappers and producers Dr. Dre and Eminem, finally making his debut with his 2003 album "Get Rich or Die Tryin'".
