The latest entertainment headlines including Lady Gaga plans new album, Lindsay Lohan will sit down with Oprah and "Sharknado" takes over TwitterLindsay Claiborn reports.

NEW YORKNEW YORKUNITED STATES (REUTERS) - Pop star Lady Gaga will release her next album, "ARTPOP", on November 11, according to a statement on her website. The 27-year-old "Born This Way" singer - who canceled part of a tour earlier this year to undergo hip surgery - will release a single from the new album on August 19.

The stars of "Red 2" have come out of retirement for the sequel. Bruce WillisHelen Mirren,Catherine Zeta-Jones and the rest of their entourage team up to fight off an army of assassins in the action-comedy flick. The plot focuses on the retired CIA operatives, as they track down a nuclear terrorist who has framed Willis' character. "Red 2" blasts into theaters on July 19th.

Lindsay Lohan is already making plans post-rehab. The actress has agreed to sit down with Oprah Winfrey, for an interview to air on the OWN network. She also will be the subject of an 8-part documentary series that will air in 2014.

"Sharknado" spun through Twitter on Thursday night (July 11). Cable channel SyFy's made-for-TV movie became the surprise topic of choice on social media. The campy monster-disaster movie starring Tara Reid promised a swirling mess of gore, man-eating sharks and violent storms and it didn't disappoint. The B-movie revved up Twitter users, generating almost 80 tweets per second, but early TV viewing numbers seem to point to a ratings bust, low by even SyFy original movie standards.
